Counselling or writing therapy?

Counselling is a conversation. You talk, and a trained counselling psychologist listens closely, asks questions and helps you notice patterns in how you think, feel and relate to people. Harpreet brings her training in psychological counselling to that conversation.

Writing therapy uses the page. Harshit gives you short, structured prompts, you write for a few minutes, and then you look at what you wrote together. For people who overthink, getting the loop out of their head and onto paper often makes it smaller and easier to work with.

Neither is better than the other. If you like to talk things through, start with Harpreet. If you think more clearly on paper, start with Harshit. If you are unsure, book the joint session and try both.

How sessions work

  1. Send a WhatsApp message

Tell us who you would like to see, whether you prefer in person or online, and a few times that suit you. We reply with available slots.

  2. Come to Sector 85 or join online

In-person sessions take place at our practice on the first floor in Wave Estate. Online sessions run on a video call from wherever you are.

  3. A 45-minute session

The first session is mostly about listening: what brought you here, what you hope will change, and what a good next step looks like. There is no pressure to commit to more.

  4. Decide what comes next

Some people come once. Others return weekly or every two weeks. You choose the pace, and you can switch between counselling and writing therapy at any time.

Session hours: 11 AM to 5 PM, with a lunch break from 1 to 2 PM.
